I got into yoga right after I had my first child to “reclaim” my body. That was almost 20 years ago.

I would like to say to those people who don’t particularly like or care to know about yoga because they think it requires a somber and spiritual approach that yoga can be fun, lighthearted, and everyone can benefit from getting to know their body’s strengths and limitations better!
