New Program– Lunch Time Yoga: This class is a 45 minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class. Lunch Time Yoga is being offered on Tuesday and Thursday at 12p. Come destress mid day with us!
Class Changes – Small Group Training: SGT on Tuesday and Thursday has been changed from 6p till 7p
FREE Kettlebell Workshop
Intro to kettlebells with trainer Joe. This class is going to be held on Sunday, November 6 at 10a and 11:30a. Joe will be teaching the basics, correct form, and giving a killer workout!
